Permanent Eyeliner is as varied as Eyebrow Tattoo Services and can be a great way to revive lost color and shape around the eyes as we age, enhance the impression of thick lashes by tattooing into the roots of existing lashes, or add drama to the eyes. Lash Liner Enhancement is a thin line at the base of the lash known to be elegant. *Note: All lash/brow serums enhancers must not be applied 4-6 weeks prior to appointment.
