At Jaliza’s Sedona Luxury Spa & Beauty Lounge, we value your time and the time reserved by our service providers.
A 50% deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment. With proper notice, your deposit may be transferred to your rescheduled appointment.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in the loss of the deposit. If you miss your appointment without providing notice, we may retain your deposit and charge the remaining balance, resulting in a fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service price.
We understand that emergencies happen. Management may review exceptional circumstances individually.
