What is a Hydrafacial?
A Hydrafacial is a deep pore cleansing treatment that utilizes vortex technology which exfoliates and hydrates the skin at the same time. It draws out all of the skins impurities without being too aggressive or over drying the skin. We start off by doing a gentle cleanse with the Activ-4 solution. The Activ-4 solution helps dislodge dead skin cells for the exfoliation process and softens sebum to aid with extractions. After the cleanse we do a very gentle chemical peel that helps slough off the top dull/dead layer of skin (this step is vital for that extra glow). We later continue to the Beta-HD solution that helps regulate oily and congested skin and helps prevent buildup of dirt and sebum. At the end of the treatment we infuse antioxidants back into the skin with our Antiox+. This is a blend of antioxidants that helps the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. It detoxifies and protects the skin from free radical damage and combines hyaluronic acid with firming peptides to re-nourish the skin!
