This type of massage activates microcirculation in the treated area and eliminates water retention. It is also used to shape and firm the buttocks. Wood therapy is much more efficient than traditional anti-cellulite massage.

This pre-treatment advice is key to your clients getting the best possible results from their treatment, it also helps prepare the body for the lipolysis process. We recommend a week prior to session if possible - if not, days prior.
You need your body to be as clean and prepared for treatment as possible, there for it is important to follow the guidelines given below:
Increase your water intake and aim to drink more than 1 liter a day
Medications are OK to take, including diuretics
Cut back on toxins (caffeine, alcohol, tobacco)
Do NOT binge eat!
Do NOT drink alcohol the night before your session
Advice before receiving treatment:
Drink 1 liter of water (coffee, tea, cola DOES NOT count as water!)
Do NOT drink fizzy, carbonated drinks for 3-4 hours prior to your session
Do NOT starve/avoid food as this will put your body into starvation mode causing you to store fat as opposed to shedding it
Do NOT have a heavy meal prior to your session, this can make you feel uncomfortable during treatment
The post-treatment advice is key to getting the best results from your service, we strongly encourage you to follow these guidelines below:
Drink plenty of water after each treatment to assist in the flushing out of waste from body
Follow a healthy, balanced diet with lots of fruit and vegetables. Cutting back on white carbohydrates such as white rice, white bread, pasta, and desserts, and limit intake of animal fats, cheese and butter.
Exercise vigorously after treatment to help stimulate lymphatic activity
Dry body brush twice daily (morning and evening)
Avoid hot baths or showers, steam or heat treatments for 24 hours
Avoid alcohol for 48-72 hours after treatment
